Setting up your leadership

From the Administrative Home Screen, you can manage your leadership team.

Who should be an administrator?

  • Anyone responsible for tracking utilization
  • Anyone responsible for managing student/teacher logins
  • Anyone responsible for approving shared assignments

Manually adding administrators

To add an administrator, click on the big orange button that says Add School Administrator.

Enter the following:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Username
  • Administrator ID: unique identifier, can be combination of letters and numbers
  • Password: minimum of 4 characters
  • Password confirm:
  • Choose school: only necessary if adding from the district level
  • Gender:

Once finished, click Add Administrator.
